Design & Copy Approval Check-Ins
Being let down by something you spent money on is a terrible feeling. I won’t ever just shrug and tell you, “Well, that’s what you ordered.” Throughout my design or copywriting process, I’ll be in touch at least three times to ensure you’re excited about the direction I’ve taken with your project. Anything you’re not pleased with, I’ll rework and resubmit for your thumbs up.
Free 20 Minute Consult
You need to make sure I’m the right fit, so we’ll chat about your goals, any must-haves, and I’ll answer any questions you may have. I’ll also use this time to get to know you a bit so that if we work together, my brain is already cooking up some possibilities for your site.
Ongoing Support
That autism I mentioned on the About page? It has made me really like to teach people stuff. So once your new site has launched, if you ever have any questions or need some hands-on support, I’m always just an email away and happy to help. Whether we worked together two months ago or two years ago.
Prices listed below do not include domain purchase and site hosting fees. Those vary by provider and we can discuss them during the consult chat.

The copy on your site is powerful
The words on your site are your first sales pitch, before a potential client has ever spoken to you. And they can equally help or hurt you. Thoughtfully written bios and site copy can bring in clients and help your site perform well with search engines. It takes careful crafting to perfectly blend SEO with copy that engages people.
Put your best self forward
Let’s be honest, nobody loves writing about themselves. I’ve been having to write bios for myself for over a decade and I still feel ick when doing so. Get a better bio by having it written for you. Your bio is the first sense a client has that they may feel safe with you, so let it shine. As much as I hate writing about myself, I’ve nailed writing bios for others down to a nice casual chat and a few drafts.
Accessibility + SEO Balance
Quite often, accessibility is sacrificed for the sake of SEO. Countless websites use images’ alt text (image descriptions for blind and low-vision users) not to describe the image but to stick in a bunch of keywords to boost SEO. I have the training to marry the two; describe images in a functional manner that also works for SEO. And I implement this knowledge in every aspect of copywriting, from alt text to about pages.
Accessibility Audit
Individual - $200
Group Practice - $450
In-Person Audits - $150/hour
Please note that this service does not include fixes for website accessibility issues. This service is intended only to inform on what should be fixed to provide a more accessible site for visitors. Accessibility fixes are included in the Website Redesign service.
Looking for an evaluation of your physical space? I offer those to in the Metro Detroit area.
Education Without Shame
There’s this misconception regarding website accessibility that preaches that people who are new to accessibility are bad people because they didn’t just innately know they needed to make their site accessible. I refuse this attitude. We all have biases and things we don’t know. We all need education in the experiences of others. My approach to teaching clients about accessibility is a “there are no stupid questions.” You need and want a more inclusive website and I’ll gently guide you every step of the way. With me you’ll learn what you need and why it’s important without feeling bad about yourself.
Ditch the Plugins
You’ve probably seen them on countless websites by now. The little disability icon that floats around a site near the corner? When visitors click those, they present them with a whole host of options for “accessibility,” from high contrast to dyslexic-friendly fonts. And they all claim to easily make your site ADA compliant and to protect you from litigation. The truth is there is no “easy” fix to make your site accessible. Just like there’s no one-session solution to curing your therapy clients. In order for a website to be truly accessible, inclusive design must be the foundation of the design process.
Pretty and Accessible
You don’t have to sacrifice having a good looking site to have an accessible one! You can have it all, at least on your site. My deep knowledge of web accessibility informs every design choice I make, allowing me to make attractive, functional sites that are accessible by design. Because of this, I may push back if a client requests, say, a white and light blue color scheme simply because it would be inaccessible design. But I always provide multiple design suggestions and my clients always come away with a site they love.
Website Redesign

Un-F*ck Your Site
You tried your best, you really did! But maybe your site navigation is broken, perhaps you’ve linked pages incorrectly. Or maybe you don’t actually know how to customize the theme you chose. Worry not! I can repair and improve whatever you may have done when trying to create your own site.
Improve Access and SEO

Group Practice - $2600

Design for Your Future
I’ll create a site that will help you get from where you are now to where you want to be, whether you’re just building your caseload, embarking on a new specialization, or growing your group practice.
Learn Site Management

By the end of our work together, you’ll feel confident in your ability to make updates and changes to your site without worrying about breaking things. You’ll have a guide to help you make accessible choices and you’ll always have access to me should any questions arise.
Take Your Time Back
Your time between sessions and at the end of your work day should be spent taking care of you, not your website. I’ll create a website that will grow with you with minimal effort on your part. And when it’s time for site updates, you’ll know exactly what to do and how to do it easily and quickly.
Website Management Tutoring Session
$150/hour
Whether you use Squarespace, WordPress, or Carrd, we’ll spend our 1:1 session going over all you need to know to manage your site and make any updates and changes you’d like with ease and confidence.
How Do I…?
Maybe you need to add a new page to your menu, or you need to add a new clinician bio to your staff page, or you want to add a page to explain what EMDR is. This one on one service will cover all aspects of site management in an approachable manner.
Confidence, Not Confusion
I’ve been teaching web accessibility for a long time and I’m known for making what is often an intimidating prospect feel approachable and easy to understand. My site management tutoring service is no different. I love this stuff but what I love even more than doing it myself is seeing people gain confidence in this new skill themselves and helping them get there.
The Resources You Need
You will be provided a recording of our time together and within a week of our session, I’ll email you a guide that goes over everything we discussed, so you’ll always have the info you need readily available.
Accessibility Consult
$150/hour
This 1:1 consult will teach you all you need to know to meet the needs and accommodation requests of clients with various disabilities. Group workshops coming soon!
If you’re in need of an in-person consult to answer questions about office space and therapy rooms, I’m available in the Metro Detroit area.
Accommodations with Confidence
I’ve taught accessibility groups large and small at some of the world’s biggest tech companies and most prestigious universities and I’ve adapted my materials to suit the unique needs of therapy practices. During our time together, we’ll cover some of the most common accommodation requests plus any specific asks you may have. Other topics may include inclusive language, building an accessible tech setup, creating an accessible office space, and accessible web content.
Inclusive In-Person and Telehealth
Your accessibility consult will leave you with the knowledge and resources you need to create inclusive and accessible spaces for in-person, telehealth, and group therapy sessions.
Your Accessibility Questions Answered
I strongly believe in my “there are no stupid questions” approach to accessibility education and you can feel comfortable asking me any that may come up, no matter how sensitive. Having worked in accessibility since 2012, I have the knowledge and skill necessary to give you the answers you need to build the diverse caseload you want.
